Shipping is a flat rate of $10 and is available to US addresses. Please contact us for international shipping options.
Items are shipped within 5 business days of payment, unless noted otherwise. All items are packed with care to ensure safe delivery, and fragile items are shipped with insurance through USPS or UPS.

Due to the unique nature of our items, all sales are final.

Items are packed very carefully, however, accidents can still happen in transit. Please inspect your item carefully upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of receiving an item that is damaged or defective. While refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis, we'll do our best to work with you on a resolution.

Löyti is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier if items are lost or stolen. We will help you as needed and as quickly as possible by providing details for the claim as requested.
